Frier from USA, who has lived in Estonia for 12 years, described an incident in his Facebook: “So this morning I parked my car next to some Russian guy.
Apparently he felt I parked too close to his car, so he starts cursing me out in Russian.
I ask him in English to please relax and I’ll move. He continues, so naturally I become irate and begin to verbally retaliate.
Suddenly he says to me in English “You come to my country and you talk crap to me?”
I said oh yeah your country huh? Räägime eesti keeles siis! Ta läks kohe ära! (Lets talk then in Estonian! He left right away).
