Harry Klepp
Our family is investigating the feasibility of creating an Estonian community for active retirees and seniors on our Dad’s beautiful 15 acre property in Pleasant Valley, NY.
We are looking for active retirees, seniors and their families/relatives, who may be interested in living there, as well as property managers, project managers, caregivers and helpers of many kinds.
The property is 15 acres and may be expanded. It is located 60 miles due-North of White Plains, 4 miles from the Taconic State Pkwy.
The just renovated main building is ~3200 square feet, with 3-4 BR, 1-2 BA and a separate ~1200sf studio apt, jacuzzi, potential sauna and additional garage on the ground floor.
A barn and shed outbuildings, as well as solar panels and very efficient heatpumps round out this eco-friendly property that has benefited from 19 years of Estonian love and care.
Depending on the interest level, we are currently evaluating costs to place cabins on several of the 5 ridges overlooking ponds and the Hudson valley, that contain trails for hiking and potentially even horses.
Our Dad, Harry Klepp is 87, from Saaremaa and has been active in the NY Estonian community for most of his life.
We would love for our Dad and this property to be a blessing to other Estonians and vice-versa.
Please forward this information to any who may be interested and ask them to contact Dave Klepp, [email protected] / 404-376-8472.
Thanks for all your help!
