Dear crafter,
I am inviting you to join the 5th Craft Camp which will be held from 8th –14th July 2018 in Olustvere, Estonia. The camp is organized by UT Viljandi Culture Academy Estonian Native Crafts Department which is known as a great center for professional handicraft teaching.
We believe that our heritage, traditions, and skills can be interesting to a wide range of people. Craft Camp is a meeting place for masters, craft-lovers and teachers from all over the world.
In the next camp we offer 27 different workshops for beginners and advanced level. There are good old embroidery, various knitting courses, sewing, silver earrings, birch bark, bone items, dyeing and plaited ribbons. The newcomers are traditional pendant with a coin, woodcut patterns, leather pockets, Kihnu dolls, pick-up belts and nuno felted lace. Read more about the workshops here: http://www.kultuur.ut.ee/en/craft-camp/ws. There is a limited number of places left!
Register now – the latest registration deadline is May 15! The registration consists of two steps – fill in the first step https://bit.ly/2JMlyLW and then go to Step 2. Be sure to fill in both steps as the second one requires information about choice of workshops, field trip, accommodation etc.
We really hope to see you in the summer of 2018!
You can find Craft Camp on Ravelry, Facebook, Vimeo and on our homepage https://www.kultuur.ut.ee/en/craft-camp.
Warm greetings from Estonia,
