Two Estonian folkdances were featured at the Multi-Cultural Evening of Dance on April 21, 2016.
The dances were performed by students of N’Talia Wilson dance class, assisted by Eevi Truumees and Helgi Viire from the Estonian American Association of Seabrook, and pianist Patricia Cummins.
Estonian dances were taught at the school as part of a residence program implemented in partnership with Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center and with the support of the New Jersey State Council of the Arts Program.
The coordinator was Dr. Iveta Pirgova, Director of Folklife and Cultural Studies at Wheaton Arts.
