Noor Eesti džässilauljatar annab Londonis kontserte

Noor Eesti dzässilauljatar Anna Kuchinsky esines 25. aprillil koos Amy Winehouse'i kitarristi Robin Banerjeega Londonis Eesti Gildi korraldatud kontserdil, see ei ole aga kaugeltki esimene kord Kuchinskyl Londonis üles astuda.

Kuchinsky on üle Londoni andnud hulgaliselt pisikesi kontserte, esindanud Eestit Ida-Euroopa dzässfestivalil ja alustanud koostööd Amy Winehousi kitarristi Robin Banerjeega, vahendasid ERR uudised. 

"Ma kohtusin Annaga Ronny Scotti dzässiklubis, see on kuulus dzässiklubi siin Londonis. Ta läks lavale ja laulis ning see oli võrratu. Ma olin vaimustatud ta häälest. Tal on imeline hääl, mis on väga sarnane Adelele ja Amy Winehouse'ile. Aga ta hääles on ka temale isikupärane eriline kõla ja seetõttu ma kutsusin teda endaga kontserte andma," selgitas Banerjee.

Ta lisas, et Anna jõuab kindlasti väga kaugele. Juba on noor lauljanna pärast Georg Otsa muusikakooli lõpetamist ja 2011. aastal Londonisse asumist haknud kokku panema ka enda plaati.

"Tegelikult tuli plaaditegemise mõte mul pärast Ida-Euroopa festivali. Kuidagi tundus, et võiks teha projekti Eesti ja Inglismaa vahel ehk siis salvestada eestikeelseid lugusid Londonis inglise muusikutega," rääkis Kuchinsky.
